Anna has experience acting in a wide variety of commercial disputes in both Australia and the United Kingdom, with an established expertise in Trade Practices disputes, professional negligence claims, contractual and business disputes and insolvency matters, and a more recent focus on highly complex financial disputes. She has advised a broad range of clients, including publically listed companies, small businesses and insurers. In 2008-2009 Anna completed a secondment with one of the largest underwriters of Financial Institutions in the London insurance market, providing her with a unique understanding of current economic conditions and the broad range of issues facing insurers and insureds.
