Kelly is a principal of the firm based in our Hong Kong office.
Formerly a partner of a large international firm, Kelly has earned a reputation for handling difficult commercial and insolvency related disputes usually requiring urgent action to prevent the movement of assets. Having worked on claims in jurisdictions including Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, Korea, the Philippines, Australia and the Caribbean, Kelly has a wealth of experience in managing cross-border litigation and insolvencies and pursuing claims arising from corporate collapses.
Kelly has particular experience in borrower default actions, shareholders disputes, insolvency and company law. Her commercial and creative approach and close working relationship with clients has resulted in the successful and early resolution of numerous difficult disputes.
