Alice Rolls is an experienced commercial litigator who has represented clients in a broad range of disputes involving insolvency, professional negligence, breach of contract and trade practices issues. She has experience working across a range of industries, including medical technology, property, transport, agribusiness and finance.
Alice is a passionate lawyer with an exceptional ability to analyse complex legal and factual issues and produce clear, concise and commercial advice. In addition to her work for commercial clients, she leads The Accessible Justice Project. This is a collaboration between Lipman Karas and The University of Adelaide aimed at providing legal assistance to those who would otherwise be without.
